WHAT TO DO IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For every customer it is given an estimated delivery date and you are able to track your order. If the order has not arrived according to the tracking, our team of cherrypregnancy will take care of that inconvenience. It is our priority to satisfy our customers. In that case we do not blame the carrier. We take full responsibility by sending you a new package immediately at our cost.

WHAT TO DO IF I RECEIVED A WRONG PRODUCT?
Despite our careful treatment of the clients’ orders, it may rarely happen that the package you received does not correspond to your order. In that case please contact us at mail email@example.com. We will send you the correct order without additional fee.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
If you change your mind within 12 hours of placing your order, and the order has not yet been processed, we will refund you directly. We do not process orders immediately, in order to give the customer time to be able to modify errors or notify a change of mind. After this time or if the order has already been processed, it will not be possible to obtain a refund before the order has been delivered.
MY ORDER IS NOT COMPLETE
If you are ordering multiple items, it may be possible that they are shipped separately, depending on available stock and shipping warehouses. No need to worry, your order will be delivered soon.

Cherrypregnancy ships its products worldwide. However, in some cases there could be import taxes, depending on the customer’s country policy that should be paid by customers.

No. Apart from exceptional cases, we accept only one discount code per order.

I CHANGED MY MIND AND I WISH A REFUND
If you change your mind right after placing your order, it is still possible to cancel your order! We only process orders 12 hours after they have been placed in order to be able to modify the errors of the customers. After this period has passed, if the order has been processed, we will no longer be able to refund you before the product has been delivered.
You then have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. We only accept returns if the packaging has not been opened. Indeed, we only sell new products to our customers that have not already been used by other people.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR ITEMS ARE MISSING?
After delivery it is necessary to verify if your order is damaged, lost or stolen. If your package is open and/or damaged (broken security seal) and the content of the order looks also damaged, please check the content with the courier.
If the order is incomplete or content of package is really damaged, the customer has to refuse the order.

THE ITEM I ORDERED IS TOO SMALL / TOO BIG
All our products have been carefully measured to prevent customers from encountering this kind of inconvenience. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that do not fit to their size. However, we understand that buying such an item can cause great frustration.
