The return and refund policy is valid for a period of 14 days after receiving the product by the customer. After the 14-day period, it will no longer be possible to assert the right to exchange or refund the product.
Article 1 - Delivery errors or damaged product
If the item delivered does not correspond to your order or is damaged, the buyer has a period of 14 days after receiving the order to file his complaint by email to email@example.com. Any complaint made beyond this 14-day period will be rejected.
Customer service will ask the buyer to accompany the complaint with photos of the product, in order to prove it. If the complaint is validated, we will send you, at our expense, a new product corresponding to the initial order.
If the product needs to be returned, it will be returned to the address that will be indicated by email, within 14 days. Return costs will be borne by the seller. Any product returned after this period cannot be accepted.
Article 2 - Right of withdrawal
The buyer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal and request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of the return costs which remain at the buyer's expense.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be resold in a new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Products that are damaged or whose packaging has been opened will not be taken back.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, the customer must notify his right of withdrawal by email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
The price of the product(s) purchased and any delivery costs are reimbursed.
The customer has 14 days to return the product, after acceptance of the right of withdrawal.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made at the latest, within 14 days after receiving the product by the seller under the conditions provided above.
Article 3 - Exchanges
We only exchange defective or damaged goods. Where you consider a product to be faulty, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at email@example.com and provide details of the product and the fault. We will then tell you how to return the product.
We do not make an exchange in the event that the product does not ultimately please the customer after use or opening of the packaging, or for an error in the choice of size.
Article 4 - Shipping
In the situation where the customer wishes to return the product purchased on the site to the seller for a reason provided for in the return and refund policy, the customer must inform the seller beforehand, so that the latter can communicate to him the instructions related to the return product. If the customer returns the product to the seller on his own initiative, the seller may refuse the package and not proceed with the refund.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transit. If your return is eligible for a refund, the refund will not include any shipping and handling charges that may appear on the packing slip or invoice, except in cases of delivery error or when the product is damaged; in the latter case, the return costs are the responsibility of the seller.
Article 5 - Process
When we receive your item, we will examine it and notify you by email within a reasonable time whether you are eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price and a credit will be applied to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and refunded amounts do not include the cost of shipping. A maximum period of 14 working days after receiving our email may elapse before the refund has been received.
If you are eligible for an exchange, we will ship a new item to the original shipping address.
Article 6 - Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you have returned the item.
